Join Us

Wake Up is excited to bring you the unique opportunity to work with Heather McKissick, a recognized leader and experienced facilitator who has guided and mentored hundreds of professionals throughout her career. Heather will share her method toward balance – “The Three Cs”- and along with co-facilitator Sheila Armitage, will outline the important relationship between Community, Career and Caring in living your best life.

You will work with Heather and Sheila in small groups and 1x1, gaining insight into how you are spending your energy, understand how to tap into what inspires you, and integrate these learnings into your daily reality. You will leave this day with constructive takeaways and a customized Intentional Development Plan to move forward in balance.

5 things you will learn:

•  How to build intentionality around what type of career you want to create

•  How to divide and allocate your time and health as a resource

•  Balancing service for the community, as well as your personal relationships

•  When to prioritize self-care so you may better care for others

•  Help you articulate your personal story around building the life that you want
